Mirror Effect

The blue coating creates a striking, metallic blue mirror effect on the exterior side during daylight. From outside, the blue reflection of the surroundings is visible instead of the interior – reliable privacy with a distinctive colour accent. From inside, the view outward remains unobstructed, merely tinted in a cool blue tone. The facade gains a modern, eye-catching appearance.

Note: The mirror effect always works on the side with the stronger light. In darkness with interior lighting switched on, the effect reverses.

Why Exterior Mounting?

With exterior mounting, solar radiation hits the film first – and is largely reflected before it even reaches the glass. This offers two advantages:

• Better heat protection than interior films, as the heat does not enter the glass in the first place
• No risk of thermal stress – the glass pane is not additionally heated

Suitable Glazing Types

This film is suitable for the following glass surfaces:

• Single glazing – clear and tinted
• Insulating glazing – clear

Not suitable for laminated safety glass (LSG).

Important: This film is not designed for partial application – it should always cover the entire glass surface.

Installation

The film is applied from the outside onto clean, smooth glass. Thanks to the self-adhesive backing, installation is completed in just a few steps – instructions and an installation kit are included.

• 4 years when applied to vertical surfaces
• 2 years when applied to angled surfaces (roof windows)
