Delivery areas
We deliver domestically (Germany) and to the following countries:

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany)
We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order.
Orders over €49.00 qualify for free shipping.
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €14.00 is added to the shipping costs.
International deliveries

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 1-2 days, for international deliveries within 2-4 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further payment details
Payment by invoice is only available for public authorities and businesses.
The invoice amount is due for payment within 14 days when paying by invoice.
